Annette Frances (Copanzzi) Macecevic passed away peacefully on Monday, March 19, 2018, surrounded by her family, at the age of 75.
Annette, or Nettie as most referred to her, was born in Pittsburgh, PA to Roxie and Frances (Ferraro) Copanzzi. Nettie has been a resident of Yardley for over 30 years.
Everyone who knew her loved her. She genuinely cared about every person with her loving heart and warm smile. She will be missed by all, but most of all by her husband of 57 years, Joseph E. Macecevic.
Nettie was the beloved mother of Nancy Jo Cassidy and her husband, Greg. She was predeceased by a daughter, Kim Anne Stearns and son, Joseph A. Macecevic.
She was a devoted grandmother to Kristen McLaughlin (Matt), Rena Higgins (James), Gregory and Gary Cassidy and Nicole Stearns.
Nettie was also a great grandmother to Quinn and Peyton McLaughlin, Jake Cassidy, James and Rose Higgins.
Nettie is survived by her brother, Anthony Copanzzi. She was predeceased by her sisters, Marie Smith and Patricia Fratangelo.
Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, from 9:00 until 11:00 am at Saint John the Evangelist Church, 752 Big Oak Road, Morrisville where her funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am. The Rite of Committal will follow in Saint Ignatius Cemetery, Morrisville.
