Joseph J. Wasiakowski of Yardley, PA, passed away Sunday, April 22nd, 2018, at the age of 88. Born in Nanticoke, PA to the late Teofil and Helen Wasiakowski, Joe proudly served our country in the United States Army. He was also a retired Elementary School Teacher of 32 years with the Pennsbury School District.
Preceded in death by his brothers, Bernard, Clement, and Ralph, Joe is survived by his beloved wife, Shirley (nee Cool) Wasiakowski, his son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Linda Wasiakowski, and his granddaughter, Aimee.
Family and friends are invited to Joe’s Life Celebration on Wednesday, May 2nd, from 9 AM – 10 AM, at the Beck Givnish Life Celebration Home, followed by his Funeral Service at 11 AM, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 718 Big Oak Rd., Yardley PA 19067. Interment to follow at 1 PM at Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
