Sister Joan Irene, the former principal of our school, who ministered at Saint John’s for many years, passed away suddenly on May 21st. Her funeral Mass was celebrated at the Motherhouse of her community in Reading, Pennsylvania. Our Parish will celebrate a Memorial Mass for Sister Joan Irene on TUESDAY, JUNE 5th, AT 7:00pm in our Church. All parishioners are welcome to join us at this Mass to pray for the happy repose of Sister Joan’s soul. May Sister rest in peace!
