Jessie G. Carbonneau, age 97, of Yardley, PA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at her son’s home. Born in Trenton, NJ, she was a lifelong Yardley resident.
Prior to her retirement, she worked at New Jersey Manufacturer’s Insurance for over 30 years. She was a parishioner of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church. Mrs. Carbonneau was a member of N.A.R.F.E. (National Active & Retired Federal Employees). A member of the Trevose Horticulture Society, she loved flowers and gardening. Jessie also enjoyed travel and going to the casinos. The joy of her life were her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Daughter of the late Vincent and Mary (Rudna) Hludzinski, and wife of the late Donald T. Carbonneau, Sr., she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Donald T. Jr. and Sandy Carbonneau of Levittown, PA, 2 grandchildren Bruce (Vincenza) Carbonneau and Donald III (Vita) Carbonneau, 3 great grandchildren Donnie IV, Vinessa, and Kaitlyn Carbonneau, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Tuesday morning from 9-10 AM at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass at 10 AM on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 752 Big Oak Rd., Yardley, PA 19067. Interment will follow in St. Ignatius Cemetery, Yardley.
