Lucy Rosetta Bailey, age 90 of Yardley, PA, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2019 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Trenton, NJ to the late Anthony and Rose (Eppolito) Defelice, she resided in the Trenton/Ewing area before moving to Yardley 50 years ago. Mrs. Bailey was a parishioner of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Lower Makefield, where she enjoyed participating in many church activities. Lucy was a very social person and loved to play various card games with friends and family.
Lucy was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Most of all, she loved to spend time with her family.
Preceded in death by her parents and her two husbands, Jack Sine and Martin Bailey, she is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline Sine, of Ewing, NJ, her three cherished grandchildren, Nicole, Erica and Brendon and 6 beloved great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at 10AM on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 752 Big Oak Rd., Morrisville, PA 19067. Her entombment in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Hamilton, NJ will follow.
Friends may gather on Wednesday morning from 9 to 10AM at the church to share memories.
